Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Midwest Lawn Care helps St. Charles County homeowners submit lawn care requests and get matched with local lawn care providers for services such as mowing, seasonal cleanup, aeration, weed control, and related work. We are a referral platform, not a lawn care company, and we do not perform lawn care services ourselves.

2. Your Information Is Shared With Providers

By submitting a request, you agree that the contact and property information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, address, and service details — will be shared with one or more third-party lawn care providers so they can review your request and contact you about it.

• Your information is shared for the purpose of fulfilling your lawn care request.
• Providers may reach out to you directly by phone, text, or email to discuss your request, ask follow-up questions, or provide a quote.
• Midwest Lawn Care is not affiliated with these providers. Each provider is an independent business responsible for its own work, pricing, scheduling, and customer service.
• Submitting a request is not a contract with any provider, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.

3. No Obligation

Submitting a request does not require you to purchase services. Any service decision, scheduling, pricing, or scope confirmation is handled directly between you and the provider you choose. Midwest Lawn Care is not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

If you check the optional SMS consent box on our request form, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Midwest Lawn Care about your lawn care request. Messages may include request confirmation, follow-up questions, service coordination, appointment updates, and customer care responses. Providers may also reach out to you by text if you share your number.

• Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or contact contact@midwestlawncare.info.
• Consent: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

5. Privacy

Your information will not be sold to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. It is shared with lawn care providers as described in Section 2 so they can respond to your request. See our Privacy Policy for details about how we collect, use, and protect information.

6. Agreement Required to Submit

You must affirmatively agree to these terms before submitting a request. When you check the agreement box on our form, you are confirming that you have read and understood these terms — including that your information will be shared with third-party providers, that Midwest Lawn Care is not affiliated with those providers, and that providers may contact you directly. Your agreement is recorded with your submission.

7. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and service-request information so providers can review your request and contact you appropriately.
