Provider FAQ
Everything you need to know about joining the Midwest Lawn Care service coordination process. Serving lawn care businesses in St. Charles County, Missouri.
How much does it cost to join?
During our 30-day free beta, joining the Midwest Lawn Care service coordination process is completely free โ no credit card required, no hidden fees. You'll get full access to our request coordination platform at no cost.
After the beta period, we plan to offer competitive pricing designed to be affordable for lawn care businesses of all sizes. We'll communicate any pricing changes well in advance, and you'll never be locked into a contract. Our goal is to deliver value that far exceeds the cost โ if you're not closing requests, you shouldn't be paying.
How does the request coordination process work?
- Homeowners submit requests through our website, specifying their lawn care needs, property details, and location.
- We review the request to providers in our network based on service offerings, service area, and request preferences.
- You receive the request via your preferred delivery method (email, text, or phone) with all the details you need to follow up.
- You contact the homeowner directly to discuss their project, provide a quote, and win the business.
Midwest Lawn Care does not set prices, schedule jobs, or manage the relationship โ you're in full control of how you work with each request.
What types of requests can I receive?
Our homeowners request a wide variety of services, including:
- Lawn mowing (one-time and recurring)
- Recurring maintenance programs
- Spring cleanup and fall leaf removal
- Lawn aeration and overseeding
- Fertilization and weed control
- Landscaping and mulch installation
- Snow removal (seasonal)
You choose which services you want to coordinate requests for, and you can update your preferences at any time.
Can I choose which requests to accept?
Yes. When you set up your provider profile, you specify:
- Services offered: Only coordinate requests for services you actually provide.
- Service area: Only coordinate requests in cities and ZIP codes you serve.
- Job type preference: Choose whether you want one-time jobs, recurring jobs, or both.
- Request type: Opt into standard requests (shared with a few providers) or exclusive requests (sent to fewer providers, higher close rate).
You'll never receive a request outside your specified criteria. And you're never obligated to take a job โ you decide which requests to pursue.
How are providers qualified?
We review every provider application to maintain quality for homeowners. Our qualification process includes:
- Verification of business name and contact information
- Review of service area and service offerings
- Check for valid website or online presence (when available)
- Confirmation that you operate in St. Charles County or surrounding areas
We may reach out for additional information during the onboarding process. Our goal is to build a network of reliable, professional lawn care businesses that homeowners can trust.
What are exclusive requests and how do they work?
Exclusive requests are sent to a limited number of providers (typically 1-3) rather than being broadcast to the full network. This means:
- Less competition for each request
- Higher contact and close rates
- More serious homeowners who are ready to hire
Exclusive requests may have a different pricing structure after the beta period. You can opt in or out of exclusive requests based on your preference. Standard requests (shared with more providers) will always be available as well.
How do I join the service coordination process?
Getting started is simple:
- Fill out the application form on our Work With Midwest Lawn Care page with your business details, service area, and request preferences.
- We review your application โ typically within 1-2 business days.
- Get onboarded โ we'll set up your account and walk you through how the platform works.
- Coordinate homeowner requests โ once you're live, matched requests will be delivered based on your preferences.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. There are no long-term contracts, no minimum commitments, and no cancellation fees. You can pause or stop coordinating requests at any time. We believe in earning your business every month by delivering quality requests that convert into real jobs.
